Log Collection

1. Log Access Page​

Access URL: http://10.42.0.2:8686/logs (also accessible via port 18686 on the interactive port segment)

2. Usage Steps​

  1. Connect the laptop to TeleSuit Wi-Fi.
  2. Open the above URL in a browser.
  3. The page will show the log list; you can view and download the log files you need.

3. Log Collection Rules​

  • Current log: The first entry in the log list (the most recently generated) is the current log.
  • System not restarted: If the system was not restarted after a fault, collect the first log.
  • System restarted: If the system was restarted after a fault, collect the second log (generated before the restart).
  • Log directory names: Directory names use system boot time (format: YYYYMMDDhhmmss) for identification.

4. TeleBox and TeleSuit Logs​

  • The page provides TeleBox and TeleSuit tabs.
  • Switch tabs to view and collect logs for TeleBox or TeleSuit respectively.

5. Notes​

  • If TeleBox is not connected, its log data cannot be retrieved.
