Embedded Firmware Upgrade

Controller Optimization

  • Improved controller_v2_3 controller performance and reduced CPU usage.

Calibration Optimization

  • Added Pose Calibration > Quick Pose Calibration for scenarios requiring fast pose calibration. Faster than existing pose calibration but with slightly reduced accuracy.
  • Added Parameter Calibration > Online Magnetic Field Calibration, allowing users to perform quick magnetometer calibration while wearing the motion capture suit.

Device and Sensor Display Optimization

  • Added sensor status list and visualization panel:
    • Supports displaying sensor ID, position, signal level (indicating frame drop rate), interference level (indicating magnetometer azimuth offset), and battery level (wireless devices).
    • Supports full-body IMU sensor status distribution map and IMU glove sensor status enlarged view.

Device List Optimization

  • Supports automatic identification of connected devices.
  • Supports device hot-plugging with connection prompts and removal alerts during teleoperation.
  • Distinguishes display of left/right IMU gloves, exoskeleton gloves, and JoyStick controllers.

Communication Frequency Panel Optimization

  • Adjusted and added data sources to help identify potential data issues early:
    • Joint State: Displays output frequency of /io_teleop/joint_states from the industrial PC subscribed by TeleBox.
    • Target Pose: Displays output frequency of /io_teleop/target_ee_poses from TeleSuit subscribed by TeleBox.
    • Hand Gesture: Displays output frequency of /io_fusion/tf from TeleSuit subscribed by TeleBox (when IMU gloves are connected) or /io_fusion/tf_exoskeleton from TeleSuit subscribed by TeleBox (when exoskeleton gloves are connected).

JoyStick Integration

  • Supports JoyStick controller and A, B, X, Y button interactions.

Other

  • Supports upgrading TeleSuit via interactive port 15000.
  • VR App supports long-pressing Home to restore Dock navigation bar position.
  • Trajectory playback interface interaction optimization.
