Log Collection

1. Log Download Page​

Access URL: http://10.42.0.2:8686/logs (also accessible via port 18686 on the interactive network segment).

2. Usage Steps​

  1. Connect your laptop to TeleSuit Wi-Fi.
  2. Open the above URL in a browser.
  3. The page displays a log list where you can view and download the required log files.

3. Log Collection Rules​

  • Current log: The first entry in the log list (i.e., the most recently generated log) is the current log.
  • System not restarted: If the system has not been restarted after a failure, collect the first log.
  • System restarted: If the system has been restarted after a failure, collect the second log (i.e., the log generated before restart).
  • Log directory naming: Log directory names contain system startup time information (format: YYYYMMDDHHMMSS) for easy identification.

4. TeleBox and TeleSuit Logs​

  • The page provides TeleBox and TeleSuit tabs.
  • Switch tabs to view and collect log data from TeleBox or TeleSuit devices separately.

5. Notes​

  • If the TeleBox device is not connected, its log data cannot be retrieved.
