Chen Xiangyu is a robotics expert and a Ph.D. graduate from the University of Tokyo. Chen has published dozens of papers in leading robotic journals and top international conferences. Chen has represented the University of Tokyo in renowned international robotics competitions such as DRC and MBZIRC.
Xu Liangwei
Co-Founder
Xu Liangwei is an expert in autonomous driving and robot software. He graduates from the Department of Intelligent Science at Peking University. Xu specializes in the research and development of robotic systems and robot middleware. He has been involved in multiple unmanned systems projects.

Robot Motion Planning & Control Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Develop motion planning and control algorithms for robotic arms, including but not limited to dual-arm real-time control and obstacle avoidance planning.
- Perform hand-eye calibration for robotic arms and support target recognition development.
- Develop and maintain motion planning and control software.
- Develop and maintain low-level communication systems.
- Utilize existing tools like ROS for debugging and developing functional visualization interfaces.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in robotics, computer science, control engineering, automation, or related fields; (Interns are also welcome).
- Experience in robotic arm projects, including motion planning and control development.
- Familiar with kinematics and dynamics calibration methods and processes, as well as camera extrinsic calibration techniques.
- Understanding of multi-link serial kinematics and dynamics, solid knowledge in robotics, and familiarity with control theory, matrix theory, and probability theory.
- Proficient in optimization control methods, familiar with WBC and MPC control techniques.
- Skilled in kinematics and dynamics libraries such as Pinocchio, RBDL, and RBDyn; proficient in C++ and Python programming; familiar with ROS.
Embodied Intelligence Intern
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research and implementation of embodied intelligence algorithms, supporting large-scale real-world model training and deployment.
- Explore applications of large language models and multimodal models in robotics, collaborating with simulation engineers to build a universal testing platform.
- Contribute to leading embodied intelligence projects in China, enabling real robots to perform embodied tasks in real-world scenarios.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in robotics, computer science, artificial intelligence, automation, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, familiarity with robotics and control theory, and relevant project experience.
- Familiar with deep learning algorithms, knowledge of imitation learning, demonstration learning, and self-supervised learning; staying updated with embodied intelligence advancements; deep research experience with RT-1/RT-2/Octo/Aloha models is a plus.
- Proficient in Python and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience in building and developing simulation environments.
- Excellent ability to read English research papers and a strong passion for exploring cutting-edge fields.
Bonus Points
- Experience in reproducing RT-1, RT-2, or Octo frameworks.
- Research experience in multimodal models, particularly in DiT.
- Published papers in top international journals or conferences, or received awards in relevant competitions.
