To continuously improve product stability, technical capabilities, and service quality, we will officially end maintenance and support for TeleXperience Gen 1, and fully focus resources and technical upgrades on the Gen 2 product line. Details are as follows:
⏳ Lifecycle Schedule
- End of feature updates: April 22, 2025
- End of full technical support: June 30, 2025
After these dates, TeleXperience Gen 1 will no longer receive feature enhancements, security patches, compatibility fixes, or bug fixes.
