Ending Support for First-Generation Devices

To enhance product experience and technical support, we officially announce that support for the first-generation TeleXperience will end on June 30, 2025, with the transition to the more efficient and stable second-generation TeleXperience.

  • Basic functions remain operational, and custom-developed features are unaffected.

  • Warranty, repairs, and parts replacement services remain unchanged.

Upgrade Recommendations

To ensure an optimal experience, we recommend:

  1. Trade-in Program: Return functional old devices and pay the difference to upgrade to second-generation devices.
