Embodied AI Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end real-world data solutions for frontier robotics and embodied AI models
  • Translate customer goals into scalable programs and act as a trusted technical partner throughout customer engagements, from discovery to delivery
  • Support deployments involving hardware, teleoperation, data pipelines, and model workflows

Embodied AI Data Operations

  • Execute and scale embodied AI data collection programs with global partners

Embodied AI Solutions Engineer (Robotics Systems) - Intern

We are looking for Embodied AI Solutions Engineers with strong hands-on and communication skills to assist technical business managers in completing the final step of product deployment — from Demo and PoC to full-scale delivery.

Internship Program

  • Location: On-site at our headquarters in Shenzhen, China — Floor 5, Building C1, China Merchants Smart City, No. 459 Qiaokai Road, Fenghuang Community, Street Phoenix, Guangming District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:30
  • Stipend: 200–260 RMB / day; outstanding interns will have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer
  • Accommodation: Intern accommodation within walking distance of the office will be provided for interns outside of Shenzhen

What you'll do

  • On-site product deployment and issue feedback: Install and debug TeleXperience (teleoperation system) on-site, adapting it to robot platforms from leading manufacturers such as Unitree Robotics, AgiBot, and Engine AI; deploy SenseXperience (human data capture solution), guide customers in wearing and calibrating lightweight data collection equipment, and ensure high-quality capture of human body, hand, and visual data; configure Ubuntu environments, deploy ROS 2 nodes, and set up network communication and related systems
  • Technical support and delivery: Assist technical business managers in resolving customer technical questions and delivery issues during product usage; handle customer account initialization for EmbodiFlow (data cloud platform), provide guidance on data uploads, and train users on annotation functions; collect customer feedback and bug reports from deployment sites, organize them into technical documentation, and relay them to the R&D team to support product iteration
  • Customer training and operational demonstrations: Provide standardized customer training covering teleoperation, data collection, multimodal data export, and the full operational workflow; be responsible for real-time robot demonstrations and safety assurance in entertainment performances, industrial manufacturing, and research/education scenarios

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Familiarity with common Linux (Ubuntu) commands, including basic driver installation and system troubleshooting
  • Understanding of basic ROS 2 commands (e.g., topic inspection, node execution); candidates with C++ or Python experience are preferred
  • Strong hands-on ability and familiarity with common robotic sensors (cameras, IMUs, force sensors) and data acquisition equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical operations in a simple and understandable way to customers
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
  • (Preferred) Experience delivering robotics, automation equipment, or AI vision products on-site
  • (Preferred) Experience with system integration or hardware debugging and testing
  • (Preferred) Practical experience with robot teleoperation or ROS 2 system development
  • (Preferred) Strong technical documentation skills, including the ability to independently create user manuals
  • (Preferred) Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
